1. Which devices can I use with Neo smartpen N2?

 You can use N2 with the following OS (Operating System). Android 4.1.2 or higher / iOS 8.1 (iPhone 5, New iPad) or higher.

 Check your operating system before purchasing our products. Your device must support Bluetooth(version 2.1, 4.0 LE) or higher in order to use Neo smartpen N2 seamlessly.

 

 2. Where, in my country, can I purchase Neo smartpen N2?

 We are currently selling our products around the world. If you are residing in the U.S, please use our

Amazon product sites. If you are residing in Korea, you can purchase our products through our online/offline channels. if you are residing anywhere else, please view our product pages for purchase.

 

 3. What is the return policy?

 You can return the product within 30 days. However, shipping cost will be charged. If the pen has a problem, or is damaged, then we will replace the product for you without any shipping fees. 

 

 4. How long would it take to ship?

 Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Generally, you’ll receive the product within 5 business days, but this could vary depending on where you live.
